(1 set = 2 dumbbells, each dumbbell ranges from 5 lbs to 50 lbs; so the total max weight of the 2 dumbbells combined is 100 lbs). easy to adjust weight by rotating the handle. comes with cradle for each dumbbell (as seen in the photo). in great condition, lightly used, almost like new. am selling because i find myself preferring to go to a gym, but these are an awesome option for home workouts and they work great. for local pickup only because shipping would be prohibitively expensive due to how heavy they are.
